No matter how much you prepare, practice and rehearse, one thing is certain; when you first try something new, you may experience failures. You have to tell yourself, “I am going to make it, no matter what it takes. I will become a “Listing Specialist”! 

This course provides practical listing techniques to list more and list more easily. By following the suggestions in this course, you will accelerate yourself to a “Listing Specialist”! 

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to: 

• Become a knowledgeable “Listing Specialist” in order to do more for the customer. 

• Provide the information a seller needs to make a responsible decision.

No-Show Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it difficult to attend scheduled classes. If you are unable to attend a class, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance. In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or unforeseen personal crisis, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
