FR iCE - Communication Skills for Realtors®

This class is offered through our partnership with Florida Realtors®. You must remain visible on camera for the duration of the class in order to earn CE credit. You will receive an email providing you with a link to separately register for the Zoom webinar a few days prior to the date of the class. Once you receive the email you will need to use that link to register for the zoom webinar through Florida REALTORS®. After registering with Florida REALTORS® you will receive the zoom link for the webinar.
A refresher “must” for Real Estate professionals! Nearly every aspect of a Realtors® day involves communication. Conversations with buyers, sellers, brokers, and other agents are at the core of Realtors® interactions.
Poor communication with contacts could mean a longer sales cycle, tension with customers and colleagues, and possibly the loss of a contract. This course provides students with the ability to not only learn, but to practice techniques that are research based and field tested. The material has been designed for fostering enhanced interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Realtor® experience. Highly relevant for agents at all stages in their career!
Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
• Develop the most professional and effective business style possible by fine-tuning how they communicate with others in their roles as Realtors®.
• Interactive, hands-on, and realistic scenarios and techniques to engage participants in a “learn by doing” environment.
