Form Simplicity is a paperless real estate forms management program to help you manage and send contracts as well as collaborating with all parties involved in the transaction. Form Simplicity gives you the tools to have your office “in the cloud.”

Sabal Sign is an easy-to-use digital signature function within Form Simplicity. In a few steps, you can create, send, and organize your transactions. In this course, you’ll learn how to use Form Simplicity to create smoother, quicker processes so you can effectively correspond with clients, manage digital transactions, and close faster!

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:

• Successfully navigate electronic web-based transaction software
• Identify system requirements to ensure a reliable platform
• Complete the client’s state approved real estate related paperwork in an electronic format
• Import MLS/Tax record information into a new or existing transaction
• Edit and change existing documentation in an activetransaction
• Electronically manage real estate paperwork in a web-based application
• Create and manage electronic clauses
• Create an electronic transaction package for smoother, quicker processing
• Effectively correspond with clients via print, e-mail, faxing, sharing and electronic signatures
• Create, manage and store electronically signed documentation

Online Course Attendance Requirements:

1.    Camera & Attendance: Attendees are required to remain visible on camera throughout the course in order to receive CE credit. Please position your camera so that you are clearly visible during instructional time.

2.    Display Name: Please make sure your display name reflects your first and last name as listed on your registration so we can accurately verify your attendance.

3.    Attendance Monitoring: A course monitor will be tracking attendance and instructional time throughout the class. 

4.    Instructional Time: Any time missed during instructional time will be counted as missed time. This includes logging in late, leaving the class during instruction, being away from your camera, or returning late from scheduled breaks. Students must attend at least 90% of the instructional time per Florida REALTORS® requirements to receive CE credit.

5.    Attendance Verification: Periodic attendance checks may be conducted during the course. Please be prepared to respond when prompted.

Paperless Policy:
RALSC has adopted a new paperless policy for all educational courses. Course materials and/or handouts will no longer be printed or available for purchase in hard copy form. All registered attendees will receive digital course materials via email prior to class, allowing you to download or print them for personal use if desired. 

No-Show Policy:
We recognize that unexpected circumstances may occasionally prevent you from attending a scheduled class. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing Alisha Kissee at alisha@ralsc.org. Participants who do not attend a class or event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. 

In the event of extraordinary circumstances—such as a medical emergency or unforeseen personal hardship—refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This policy supports our commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences and ensures that available seats can be offered to members eager to participate.
