En reconocimiento y reconocimiento de sus obligaciones para con los clientes, el público y entre sí, los REALTORS® se esfuerzan continuamente por estar y permanecer informados sobre cuestiones que afectan a los bienes raíces y, como profesionales conocedores, comparten voluntariamente el fruto de su experiencia y estudio con otros. Identifican y toman medidas, mediante la aplicación de este Código de Ética y ayudando a los organismos reguladores apropiados, para eliminar prácticas que puedan dañar al público o que puedan desacreditar o deshonrar la profesión inmobiliaria. Los REALTORS® que tengan conocimiento personal directo de una conducta que pueda violar el Código de Ética que implique apropiación indebida de clientes o fondos o propiedades del cliente, discriminación intencional o fraude que resulte en un daño económico sustancial, deberán comunicar dichos asuntos a la Junta o Asociación de REALTORS® correspondiente.

**Política de no presentación: entendemos que pueden surgir circunstancias imprevistas que dificulten la asistencia a las clases programadas. Si no puedes asistir a una clase, por favor avísanos con 48 horas de antelación. Los avisos de cancelación deben enviarse a Alisha Kissee García (alisha@ralsc.org) y/o Shannon Diehl (shannon@ralsc.org). Los participantes que no asistan a una clase o evento sin previo aviso no serán elegibles para un reembolso. En casos de circunstancias excepcionales, como una emergencia médica o una crisis personal imprevista, podemos considerar solicitudes de reembolso caso por caso. Como asociación comprometida con brindar experiencias de aprendizaje de alta calidad, hemos implementado esta Política de ausencia para mantener los estándares de nuestros programas educativos y garantizar que todos los miembros que deseen asistir a un curso tengan la oportunidad de hacerlo.

In recognition and appreciation of their obligations to clients, customers, the public, and each other, REALTORS® continuously strive to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate and, as knowledgeable professionals, they willingly share the fruit of their experience and study with others. They identify and take steps, through enforcement of this Code of Ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies, to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession. REALTORS® having direct personal knowledge of conduct that may violate the Code of Ethics involving misappropriation of client or customer funds or property, willful discrimination, or fraud resulting in substantial economic harm, bring such matters to the attention of the appropriate Board or Association of REALTORS®.

**No-Show Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it difficult to attend scheduled classes. If you are unable to attend a class, kindly notify us 48 hours in advance. Cancellation notices should be sent to Alisha Kissee Garcia ( alisha@ralsc.org ) and/or Shannon Diehl ( shannon@ralsc.org ).Participants who do not attend a class or event without providing prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.   In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or unforeseen personal crisis, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. As an Association committed to providing high-quality learning experiences, we have implemented this No-Show Policy to uphold the standards of our educational programs and ensure all members who are looking to attend a course get an opportunity to do so.
