Referral business can be a great way for real estate licensees to boost their income but so few are really good at identifying the need and asking for that business. This course is designed to provide students with a better understanding of how referrals work, where to find them, and how to ensure they get paid for this service. Students will learn how to identify potential referrals, how to find needed resources and referral partners, and how to be the “go to” real estate professional both locally and outside the student’s geographical area.


Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:

  •  How to stay top of mind when referrals are needed
  •  Finding customers through referrals
  •  Finding agents to refer to and get referrals from
  •  How to listen for cues that someone needs a referral
  •  Learn how to “ask” for referral business
  •  How to find the right agent for your referral
  •  How to keep track of your referrals
