*Please note, this is a two-day course. You must attend 9:00 am - 5:00 pm both days in order to receive credit.

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.

How to Earn It:

Education

- Complete the two-day core designation course.

- Complete one of the ABR® elective courses. Elective courses can be found HERE.

Work Experience

- Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative. 

Professional Affiliation

- Membership in good standing in REBAC

- Membership in good standing in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Application

- Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions. 

Cost

- Cost of the course is FREE through the Association.

  • -Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC
  • -$110 per year thereafter
