This course gives an overview of the life of a contract from data entry to commission check. Learn about potential red flags that might delay closings such as: bankruptcy, foreclosure, and probates. Understand the importance of title insurance and know what is covered under the policy. This course also takes a deep dive into title vesting and the different entities that hold title and reviews the roles played by judgments, power of attorneys and foreign investment real property tax act in completing the closing transactions.
