Cynthia Deluca will explain how to guide your clients through bank owned and short sale transactions.

What you will learn:

• Thru an understanding of the workflow, the student will be better able to explain the REO purchase process to a prospective buyer.

• The agent will be able to list the steps necessary to prelist an REO thru the final closing.

• By being able to list the steps REO sellers must follow, the public will be better served in knowing timelines and REO seller demands.

• The BPO process can be explained to a prospective Buyer so value is accurately determined before purchasing.

• As a result of this course, the Agent will be able to accurately convey the differences between an REO sale and a normal arm’s length retail transaction.

• The student will be able to identify and address various challenges for their Seller/customer to achieve closed transaction.
