So many loans, so little time! This course will acquaint the Realtor®, new or experienced, with a pictorial overview. Students will be shown the different loan options, including Fixed Rate Loans, Adjustable Loans, Balloon Loans and how a 2-1 “Buy-down” loan performs. This course is designed to help the Realtor® see how the different types of loans perform over their term so that they may be able to answer a client’s questions relative to their specific purchase when they use these different types of loans. Enroll in this course and know your loans!
Note: Please bring a calculator for this class.
Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
• Identify the different types of loans.
• Understand how loans perform over term.
• Learn to calculate the initial & subsequent rate changes of ARMS.
• Solicit and justify a “Smart Offer” from the buyer.
• Explain the benefits of A “Smart Offer” to the Seller.
