Realty Tech Fusion: Unlocking AI & VR in Real Estate

For real estate agents and brokers, the condition and appearance of a property is of the utmost importance. This is true whether you are the listing agent marketing the property for sale, or a buyer’s agent helping your clients find the right property for their needs. Utilizing the emerging technologies of virtual reality and augmented reality, real estate professionals, investors, and clients can better conceptualize, evaluate, and analyze properties for purchase. Take this course and learn how Marketing can be greatly simplified and enhanced through the use of these technologies on the sellers side.

 Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to: 

• Define Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. 

• Understand the differences between VR and AR. 

• Understand how VR and AR can impact their business. 

• Identify ways to effectively use virtual reality for real estate professionals. 

• Identify ways to effectively use augmented reality for real estate professionals. 

• Identify apps which are relevant to VR and AR. 

• Determine which systems or services use VR and AR for real estate marketing. 

• Identify ways to use VR and AR for luxury real estate marketing. 

• Look at projected development of VR and AR applications within the near future and how they can be applied to real estate. 

• Understand ethical considerations surrounding VR and AR marketing as well as identify best practices for disclosure and client services.
