The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Upon Course Completion:

  • Once NAR sends you acknowledgment of your course credit, submit your one-time application fee of $179 to complete your certification.
  • After the initial application fee is paid, there are no annual certification dues, although you must maintain membership in NAR to use PSA.

Paperless Policy:
RALSC has adopted a new paperless policy for all educational courses. Course materials and/or handouts will no longer be printed or available for purchase in hard copy form. All registered attendees will receive digital course materials via email prior to class, allowing you to download or print them for personal use if desired.

No-Show Policy:
We recognize that unexpected circumstances may occasionally prevent you from attending a scheduled class. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing Alisha Kissee Garcia at alisha@ralsc.org. Participants who do not attend a class or event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of extraordinary circumstances—such as a medical emergency or unforeseen personal hardship—refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This policy supports our commitment to delivering high-quality educational experiences and ensures that available seats can be offered to members eager to participate.

Please note that GPS can sometimes misdirect attendees to a nearby restaurant or the 7/11 gas station. To reach RALSC, continue past the Publix on Highway 19, heading toward Howey-in-the-Hills.
